Baja (said BA HA) boasts chef Eugenia all the way from Mexico to Kingscliff; enlightening our culinary pallet with her authentic recipes and flavours. Mexico is made up of many townships and districts all with their own unique ways and foods. The Baja Peninsula is the the land mass that separates the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California with beautiful coastlines and intriguing characters where the sunny weather and blue waters remind us of our own coastal paradise.
